Dr. Prashant Gupta is currently working as the Reader and Head of the Department of Kaumarabhritya, Govt. Ayurved College & Hospital, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
He completed his BAMS and MD(Ay) in Kaumarabhritya from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He also has completed his Diploma in Health and Family welfare and Foundation course in yoga practices. He is DHR fellow for Traditional Medicine 2018, he was awarded Indian National Science Academy Visiting Scientist Fellowship 2019. He is National instructor for Basic Life Support program by Indian Academy of Paediatrics. He has authored many research papers, chapters and books. Additionally, he is volunteering health care services in tribal Areas of India especially North East and Central India.
