Dr. Shobha Bhat completed her BAMS from SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi and M.D.(Ay) in the subject Agada Tantra and Vidhi Vaidhyak (Ayurveda toxicology and Medical Jurisprudence) from VPSV Ayurveda College Kottakkal. She pursued her PhD from the Faculty of Ayurveda, Banaras Hindu University. She currently works as an Associate Professor and Head, Department of Agad Tantra, Faculty of Ayurveda, IMS, BHU, Varanasi. Her major area of work has been on wound healing potential of Ayurveda formulations.
